I open my eyes and all I see
is a world at war and misery.
I'll have my say for what it's worth.
I'll have my say for what it's worth.
Will we ever see peace on Earth?
I look to my Lord and quietly pray
that peace and tranquility come our way.
If we all pick up a flower instead of a gun
If we all pick up a flower instead of a gun
then half of the battle is already won.
Our life on Earth is a temporary lease
until our end when we rest in peace.
So please my Lord hear me cry,
let not another innocent child die.
When will we learn we are all one?
So enough is enough
and I'm done.
and I'm done.
